Outside

My sister, Karina, stayed overnight on Friday and with her fancy camera she took some pictures of Parker- I then stole them off facebook, did a little editing and thought I would share them with you. Parker LOVES being outside, and especially since he has his toys, and his new (from a garage sale) house, he is in outside heaven.

SnOw

These pictures were taken last week after it snowed. Last year Parker HATED the snow and everything about it. This year- LOVED it, it was all I could do to get him to come inside~ (That being said, he is still shy with the camera -even for me- and was too busy to pose)

The boy was quite into clearing the snow from off his toys, he kept saying "wipe snow off"
In fact he was SO into it that right after this picture, he fell over the side and we got this

But it was ok, I mean there was like 8 inches of snow, and the toy is like 2 1/2 feet tall-
See! He is back to wiping off the snow again.

See? Still shy- then I put the camera away and he is a total goof ball... go figure!

Festival of Lights

On Friday we went to the Festival of Lights with Joe's family in Spanish Fork, Parker LOVED it- the whole time- "Christmas Ights Momma! Christmas Ights!"I will admit once we got into the park, Parker got out of his seat so he could - well, practically climb out of the car to see the lights, for the most part, though, he did sit on my lap. He saw the dinosaurs (ya, still not quite sure what they have to do with Christmas, but Parker didn't seem to care) the Castle, the Happy Snowman, the Frogs (another one of those that I am not quite sure on the origin of :), the puppy, duck, etc. Parker had so much fun and it was a really good family outing.

Sorry the picture is blurry....

He was closing his eyes for the picture- the eyes closed is intentional :)

And as a total side note, every time I think of Festival of Lights- I think of Adam Sandler singing the Hanukkah song when he said "The Festival of Lights"...
