My To Do List

So before this little girl gets here- I have about a thousand things to get done- Main thing is we have to get the basement done so that the current office can be moved downstairs so her room can be upstairs. Currently we are working on hanging the sheetrock and hope to have that done by the end of the week. Then we have to do her room and get it all ready plus all the little projects that I want to do for her also. I am going to post on here my things that I would like to do before the little babe gets here- are far as projects go-

I want to make a carseat canopy cover- I found some links to show how to make them

This is the fabric for the top of the cover- I am still trying to decide on the fabric for underneath. 

Wipe/ Diaper Case from here
I will probably make the case from the same fabric as the cover

Bows/ Hairbands/ Binky Clips

Burp Cloths/ Receiving Blankets/ I will make a few blankets and burp cloths from this fabric- and I will find some more too.

LOVE this fabric- and crazy enough Joe did too :) so this will be the top and probably the soft minky dot fabric on the other side.

Name Letters for above her bed- I like the font that spells the word Giggle in the font below- I already have the paper to put on the names, I just need to get the letters.

And how fun is it that I got these onsies- that the colors work great with the fabric for the canopy cover.

For her room- the picture shows what I want the "panelling" on the wall to look like, I am going to do the off white color on the panelling and then paint the above wall color a pink color, and then the letters above her name (The picture is from my friends nursery, and ever since I saw it about a year and a half ago I knew that boy or girl the next baby room would have that on the wall)

And then the bedding for the room, I am going to adjust the curtains some to look cuter, but that is still on the to do list :)

 

And then of course there is all of the "normal" nesting type things, house ridiculously spotless and organized, freezer meals etc. So here's to hoping that it can ALL get done before she gets here- and oh ya, Christmas is right before... :)
