GaRdEn

This is the first year that we have had a "real" garden and we are reaping the "fruits" of our labors- haha, well I guess the vegetables at least. Note to self, when you plant a zucchini plant, apparently you can't leave it for even a day because the zucchini will get HUGE! The zucchini and yellow squash plant especially have been...thriving- I mean we are talking growing squash like bunnies have babies- there are TONS! Joe suggested that I plant less plants next year and I asked him how do I plant less than one- we both laughed over that because they are just growing and growing. We have a single pea plant, and green plant that grew (even though we planted a couple rows each) But they are doing good too, we have a LOT of green tomatoes and are just waiting for those to ripen, we have a good amount of peppers, the only issue with those is that the plants started off short, and they haven't grown much, so the peppers can't get too big. Oh well, overall the garden is doing great and we are enjoying eating the tasty veggies from it.
